Sharron's mission

"I want to give anyone who wants to get fit, or fitter, the best chance at success they can get.

By knowing what your goals are, I'll work with you to achieve them in a way that suits you. With multiple classes in different disciplines I'll get you where you want to be."

Whether you're here recreationally, or if you're training for an event, Sharron will work with you to get you where you need to be.

About Me

My passion is cycling, I’m happiest when I’m riding my bike on the open roads, be it in Worcester, Lanzarote or most recently, Dubai, but I’m most at home on my studio / Watt bike in my gym. I wanted to spread the love for fitness, and I qualified as an instructor for instructing Indoor Group Cycling in 2009.

I like to replicate a race experience in my classes, the climbs, sprints, intervals, and the general feel of comradery. I love nothing more than seeing clients achieve their goals.

My credentials

I have multiple qualifications which make me competent to instruct HyperVelo classes: Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Levels 2 and 3 Anatomy and Physiology, VTCT L3 Sports Massage qualified to name a few.

I am also Les Mills certified RPM instructor and Metafit Instructor along with various other cycling qualifications.

As part of the British Triathlon Age-Group Team I represent Great Britain in Sprint Duathlon. In 2019 I won Bronze at the European Championships in Romania and was placed 5th at the World Championships in Spain.

As well as my HyperVelo classes I am also a fully trained Massage Therapist, specialising in diagnosing injuries and helping my clients to fully recover. If you’re interested in finding out if I could help you, then please contact me directly.

Jane White

If Sharron isn't available to take classes, then Jane will step in and take the reigns. Jane qualified to teach Group Cycling in 2012 after spending many hours in the studio as a participant.

She's passionate about fitness and loves seeing the smiles on participants faces for the results of their hard work.

Jane is qualified Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Nutrition and Weight Management, and is also a Les Mills certified Body Balance and RPM instructor.
