To inspire and motivate our participants to help them achieve their fitness goals, through cycling, body weight exercises, core strength and flexibility.
I love cycling, I’m at my happiest riding my bike on the open roads or in the gym on my Studio/Watt bike! I qualified as a fitness instructor to teach Indoor Group Cycling in 2009.
I like to try and recreate the thrill of the open road in my classes, the climbs, the sprints, the intervals and the overall race experience. There’s nothing more I love than seeing my participants achieve their goals and getting fitter on the bike or jumping to the sky in a HIIT class.
I am qualified Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 2 & 3 Anatomy and Physiology, VTCT L3 Sports Massage qualified, I am also Les Mills certified RPM instructor and Metafit Instructor along with various cycling qualifications
I am also part of the British Triathlon Age-Group Team, where I represent Great Britain in Sprint Duathlon. In 2019 I won Bronze at the European Championships in Romania and placed 5th at the World Championships in Spain.
I qualified to teach Group Cycling in 2012 after spending many hours in the studio as a participant, I thought ‘I can do that’ and I haven’t looked back.
I am passionate about fitness and I love seeing smiles on participants faces and seeing the results of their hard work. My cycle classes are full of energy and uplifting beats and I will take you on a journey through some mixed terrain that will challenge your cardio fitness and strengthen your legs.
My flexibility classes are a mixture of yoga moves and stretching which will not only tone but increase range of movement through the muscles and reduce injury. The journey is more holistic with a body relaxation session at the end to bring together our mind and our body.
I am qualified Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Nutrition and Weight Management, and I am also a Les Mills certified Body Balance and RPM instructor.
I am currently training for a Diploma in Yoga and Level 3 Personal Training qualification.

Sporting achievements – National league and County rugby player. Represented the North of England, and GB trialist American football
A passionate group fitness instructor for over 20 years, I started teaching group fitness classes teaching Les Mills Body Combat and indoor cycle classes.
I am a certified Level 2 instructor and an also a certified Les Mills Body Combat, Body Balance, RPM, Sprint and CXWORX.
I also hold freestyle certifications for Keiser, Stages and Team ICG indoor cycle formats and I also teach circuit training style classes.
Before teaching fitness I was a martial arts Tae Kwon Do instructor for 14 years where I gained the rank of 4th degree black belt.
I’ve always been active in sports being a keen cycle road racer from age 11 to 19. Through my race results I was invited to trial for the British Cycling Youth squad at age 15.
I started mountain bike racing in my 30’s.
I am still a keen cyclist both on and off road.
All these experiences in fitness have helped bring authenticity to my classes.
