Throughout this class, Sharron will guide you through proper form and technique, ensuring maximum effectiveness and safety. Expect a mix of challenging exercises, including planks, crunches, twists, bridges, and more, all tailored to target different areas of your core. As we progress through the workout, we'll incorporate both strength and stability exercises to challenge your core from all angles. You'll feel the burn as we work through each repetition, building endurance and power in your core muscles. This class is suitable for all abilities.
