HiiT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a total body, cardiovascular, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your overall body. This type of training will keep your heart rate up, improve your endurance, set your metabolism on fire and clear your mind.
