Service Description

Flexibility training is one of the most important types of fitness training as it provides a foundation for all other exercise types. Stretching reduces your risk of injury, improves your flexibility and range of motion, and serves as a solid warm-up for more energetic exercise. Flexibility exercises are also an excellent way to improve your posture and breathing, helping to improve balance and reduce stress. Classes 30min & 45mins
